Floate, Murray, Mihalis and Walsh make news

Kylie Floate is busy promoting her new book The Undeniable Truth about Food. She was interviewed on Melbourne ABC radio’s popular ‘Morning Breakfast Show’ (http://www.abc.net.au/melbourne/programs/) and recently discussed her work with 5aa radio DJ Leon Byner, which led to a jump in sales of books on her website.

Meanwhile, Patricia Murray, who was recently interviewed on Channel 9’s ‘Today Show’ will discuss her book  From Dinosaur to Dynamite- The Secret of Joyful Sex and sign copies at Sunset Books. The event will take place on April 28th at 11 am. The author says, “The younger generation always think they invented sex and that after 40 years or so you just forget it ever existed. I can say with authority and joy that they are wrong and experience is key to enjoyment and sexual fulfillment.” Sunset Books is located at 27 William Street,  Raymond Terrace, NSW 2324.

Rodica Mihalis, the author of The Gypsy Saw Two Lives, has a number of events upcoming; she will be interviewed on 4/26/12 on the Author’s Spotlight (www.chattininmanhattan.com). On Sunday, May 20th, she will be leading a discussion at Derry Presbyterian, in Hershey, PA, on the theme, “From Atheism to Faith, From Communism to Freedom”. She will talk on the same topic, as well as sign book copies, at the Midtown Scholar Bookstore in Harrisburg, PA, on Saturday, June 2, from 2-4:00 PM (www.midtownscholar.com)

Aly Walsh was profiled in the Star News, where she discussed her new book My Mum Says “Blah Blah Blah”. The Star is published in Yarraville, Victoria, Australia. Aly has several more interviews lined up in the coming weeks.
